JAC: Obesity Woman Turnaround

This weeks #JoGees drawing challenge is to design a super hero. Obesity Woman is actually an OC of mine that I always intended to do more with and haven't had the chance yet.

OW's powers are that she is super strong, and super bouncy. So much so that if a person was to punch her, their fist would rebound off into their own face heh heh.
She is also a bit stretchy.
And her hair kinda has a mind of its own.
